10.1 Framework Overview
BTSChain processes user profile information, AI Avatar settings, AI conversation logs, Daily Social Reports, Relationship Memory, summarized emotion analysis data, and moderation-related records in order to operate the AI Community Metaverse.
Because the platform is designed around AI-assisted social interaction, data protection is a core part of the service architecture.
The Data & Privacy Framework is designed to protect users while enabling practical AI Avatar functions, AI Social Proxy activity, relationship discovery, daily reporting, membership access, and safety controls.
BTSChain does not store personal information or conversation contents directly on-chain.
10.2 Data Categories
BTSChain may process several categories of data to provide AI-assisted community services, reporting, safety controls, and membership management.

Name, age range, gender, interests, hobbies, relationship purpose

Stored while account is active; deletable except required logs

10.3 Data Processing Principles
BTSChain applies a privacy-conscious approach to data processing. The platform processes data only for service operation, AI functionality, user safety, membership access, and policy enforcement.
User-centered control
Users may update AI Avatar settings, delete Avatar data, and delete Relationship Memory records individually.
Purpose limitation
Data is processed for service operation, personalization, reporting, safety, and moderation.
Data minimization
The platform aims to process only the data required to provide the service and maintain safety.
Retention limitation
All logs are stored for 6 months and deleted thereafter according to platform policy.
On-chain privacy
Personal information and conversation contents are not stored directly on-chain.
Security by design
Logs, access control, moderation, and sensitive action approval are built into the architecture.
10.4 Data Retention and Deletion Policy
All logs are stored for 6 months. After the retention period ends, logs are deleted according to the platform data retention policy, unless a longer period is required for security, abuse prevention, dispute handling, or legal compliance.

10.5 User Control and Data Rights
BTSChain is designed to provide users with meaningful control over their AI Avatar data, Relationship Memory, and report records.
Update AI Avatar settings
Users may update profile-based Avatar settings such as interests, personality, conversation style, and restricted topics.
Delete AI Avatar data
Users may delete AI Avatar data except for required logs retained for safety and platform operation.
Delete Relationship Memory
Users may delete individual Relationship Memory records.
Download Daily Reports
Users may download Daily Social Reports locally for personal recordkeeping.
Control sensitive actions
Contact exchange, metaverse gift sending, and social information sharing require user approval.
Direct intervention
If the user directly intervenes in a conversation, AI activity may be paused or stopped.
10.6 Relationship Memory and Emotion Analysis
Relationship Memory helps AI Avatars maintain continuity across conversations and community interactions. It may include relevant relationship context, interaction history, shared topics, preferences, and social progress.
Emotion analysis is available only to Normal Users and Pro Users. The platform processes emotion-related signals for Daily Social Report generation, and only summarized values are stored after report generation.
Relationship Memory
Can be deleted individually by the user. Sensitive information may be restricted from automatic storage or sharing.

Only summarized values are stored after report generation. Raw emotion-processing data is not intended to be stored as a permanent profile record.
Daily Social Report
Stored for 6 months and downloadable locally by the user.
AI Social Proxy Logs
Stored for 6 months for safety, reporting, quality control, and moderation.
10.7 On-chain Data Policy
BTSChain uses blockchain infrastructure for BTSc payment, membership access, staking-related features, and ecosystem-level utility. It does not use the blockchain to store sensitive user data.

10.8 Security, Safety and Moderation Logs
Because BTSChain supports AI-assisted social interaction and relationship discovery, logs and moderation controls are essential for platform safety.

Support reporting, review, abuse prevention, and moderation.
Report system
Allows users to report inappropriate behavior, spam, abuse, or suspicious activity.
Blocking function
Allows users to block other users or AI Avatars.
Activity restriction
Allows the platform to restrict accounts or AI Avatars that violate policies.
Sensitive action approval
Prevents unauthorized contact exchange, metaverse gift sending, and social information sharing.
Policy-based moderation
Supports responsible AI-assisted community participation.
10.9 Key Message
BTSChain’s Data & Privacy Framework is designed to support AI-powered community participation while protecting user control, limiting on-chain exposure, and applying a clear 6-month log retention policy.
