12.1 Roadmap Overview
BTSChain’s roadmap is designed to support the transition into an AI Community Metaverse powered by BTSc.
The roadmap is divided into three major stages:
Completed History - Historical milestones completed up to 2025
2026 Foundation - Development of the AI Community Metaverse foundation
2027-2028 Expansion - Expansion of AI Avatar social features, DeFi-related membership functions, and next-generation community metaverse experiences
BTSChain’s roadmap is not presented as a guarantee of future results. It may be adjusted depending on technical feasibility, product development progress, market conditions, partner coordination, regulatory requirements, and platform operation needs.
12.2 Completed History - Until 2025
Until 2025, BTSChain completed its foundational development and transition phase.
This period included the establishment of the operating foundation, BTSc launch and exchange-related activities, early metaverse development, NFT-related service experiments, wallet-related initiatives, partnership expansion, AI Agent development activities, strategic investment, and the transition away from first-generation metaverse and NFT-oriented services.
Rather than presenting the past as the main business focus, BTSChain treats this period as the completed foundation for the next stage of development.

The objective is to move from a broad metaverse concept into a practical AI-powered community service centered on AI Avatars, AI Social Proxy functions, membership utility, and user-controlled social interaction.

Develop user profile-based Personal AI Avatar functions.
AI Social Proxy
Build the initial AI Social Proxy MVP for automated community participation.
Daily Social Report
Develop the base report system for once-per-day social activity summaries.
Membership

BTSc Payment
Design wallet signature-based BTSc membership payment.
