# 14. Partnerships

<figure><img src="/files/o08kZBInTneOr5uaOOfX" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

### 14.1 Partnership Overview

Partnerships are an important part of the BTSChain ecosystem strategy.

As BTSChain transitions into an **AI Social Community powered by BTSc**, partnerships are expected to support ecosystem expansion across technology, content, AI and data services, regional market access, community growth, sponsored communities, marketing channels, and long-term business development.

BTSChain has been supported by various partners that participated in **Series A**, participated in **Series B**, and continue to work with BTSChain as **strategic partners**. In this White Paper, partner-related information is presented at a category and ecosystem level without disclosing individual investment details, allocation details, confidential commercial terms, or private agreement information.

This approach allows BTSChain to explain the strategic role of its partner network while protecting confidential partner information and keeping the White Paper focused on the AI Social Community strategy.

***

### 14.2 Partnership Structure

BTSChain's partnership structure is organized around three broad partner groups.

<table><thead><tr><th width="199">Partner Group</th><th width="265">Description</th><th>Role in BTSChain Ecosystem</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>Series A Participating Partners</strong></td><td>A group of partners that supported BTSChain's early strategic foundation.</td><td>Supports early ecosystem development, content direction, market awareness, business foundation, and long-term platform preparation.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Series B Participating Partners</strong></td><td>A group of follow-on partners that supported BTSChain's expansion direction.</td><td>Supports broader market expansion, strategic business development, regional opportunities, service relevance, and ecosystem growth.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Strategic Partners</strong></td><td>A broader partner network connected to content, technology, AI/data, media, commerce, regional expansion, community development, and marketing channels.</td><td>Supports AI Social Community utility, partner communities, sponsored activities, user acquisition, and long-term service expansion.</td></tr></tbody></table>

BTSChain may display approved partner logos as part of a unified ecosystem partner presentation. These logos do not need to be separated by Series A, Series B, or Strategic Partner categories in the public GitBook.

***

### 14.3 Series A and Series B Participation

BTSChain has organized partner participation across Series A and Series B stages.

These stages should be understood as strategic ecosystem participation references rather than public fundraising solicitation, investment promotion, or a guarantee of future project outcomes.

<table><thead><tr><th width="204">Stage</th><th width="265">Public Description</th><th>White Paper Treatment</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>Series A Participation</strong></td><td>Various partners participated in BTSChain's early strategic development stage.</td><td>Presented at a high level without individual names, investment amounts, allocation details, or confidential terms.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Series B Participation</strong></td><td>Additional partners participated in BTSChain's follow-on expansion stage.</td><td>Presented at a high level without individual names, investment amounts, allocation details, or confidential terms.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Strategic Partnership Base</strong></td><td>BTSChain continues to work with strategic partners across relevant business and ecosystem areas.</td><td>Presented through category-level descriptions and approved logo placement.</td></tr></tbody></table>

Series A and Series B participation is included to explain BTSChain's ecosystem development history and partner-backed expansion direction. It should not be interpreted as investment advice, an offer to invest, a financial promotion, or a guarantee of future results.

***

### 14.4 Partners

BTSChain may display approved partner logo images in the White Paper and GitBook as a visual representation of its broader partner network.

Partner logos are used as an alternative way to represent partner participation without publicly listing individual partner names, investment details, allocation details, or confidential commercial terms.

\[Insert approved partner logo images here.]

Partner logos should be presented together as one unified Partners section, without separating them into Series A, Series B, or Strategic Partner groups.

### 14.5 Strategic Partner Categories

BTSChain's strategic partners may support different areas of the AI Social Community ecosystem.

<table><thead><tr><th width="333">Partner Category</th><th>Potential Contribution</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>Technology &#x26; Infrastructure Partners</strong></td><td>AI, blockchain, data, cloud, security, analytics, service integration, and infrastructure support.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Content &#x26; Media Partners</strong></td><td>Entertainment, media exposure, cultural content, digital campaigns, creator networks, and community themes.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>AI / Data Partners</strong></td><td>AI model support, data processing, automation, analytics, recommendation systems, and report-related intelligence.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Commerce &#x26; Lifestyle Partners</strong></td><td>Lifestyle commerce, service communities, user engagement themes, sponsored spaces, and platform utility expansion.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Regional Expansion Partners</strong></td><td>Local market access, language, culture, regional communities, business network support, and localization.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Community &#x26; Marketing Partners</strong></td><td>Campaign distribution, influencer/KOL outreach, community activation, educational content, and market communication.</td></tr></tbody></table>

These partner categories are designed to help BTSChain expand the practical utility of the AI Social Community without over-disclosing confidential partner information.

### 14.6 Partner Community Model

BTSChain may support **Partner Communities** inside the AI Social Community.

Partner Communities may be offered without a standard listing fee in order to encourage ecosystem expansion, community diversity, and partner participation.

| Community Type | Partner Role | BTSChain Role |
| ------------------------------------ | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Interest-based Partner Community** | Provides themes, user groups, or topic-based community participation. | Supports access, moderation, AI Avatar activity, and user engagement. |
| **Regional Partner Community** | Supports localized market access, language, culture, or user acquisition. | Provides AI Social Community infrastructure, moderation, and membership access. |

| **Sponsored Partner Community** | Supports promoted visibility, sponsored campaigns, or partner-led engagement. | Provides sponsored placement, campaign tools, visibility controls, and policy-based moderation. |

***

### 14.7 Sponsored Communities and Advertising

Although Partner Communities may be provided without a standard listing fee, BTSChain may generate revenue from **Sponsored Communities**, advertising placements, campaigns, and promotional community spaces.

<table><thead><tr><th width="244">Sponsored Model</th><th>Description</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>Sponsored Community Placement</strong></td><td>Projects, brands, or partners may pay for promoted community exposure.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>In-app Advertising</strong></td><td>Advertising may be displayed in selected app areas according to platform policy.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Campaign Sponsorship</strong></td><td>Partners may sponsor events, missions, or community engagement campaigns.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Premium Visibility</strong></td><td>Selected communities may receive enhanced visibility through sponsored placement.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Partner Promotion</strong></td><td>Partners may promote services or campaigns within approved community areas.</td></tr></tbody></table>

Sponsored activity should be managed carefully to protect user trust, community quality, platform safety, and disclosure transparency.

***

### 14.8 Influencer & KOL Network

BTSChain has organized X and YouTube-based influencer/KOL lists that may support community awareness, campaign distribution, market education, and global communication.

The White Paper does not list individual influencer names, handles, channel names, URLs, campaign terms, or compensation details.

<table><thead><tr><th width="224">Channel Type</th><th>Public Description</th><th>Role in BTSChain Ecosystem</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>X / Twitter KOL Network</strong></td><td>A global X-based influencer and KOL network prepared for Web3 market communication.</td><td>Supports awareness, campaign amplification, community engagement, and market discussion visibility.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>YouTube KOL Network</strong></td><td>A video-based influencer and content network prepared for project education and long-form communication.</td><td>Supports project explanations, interviews, AMAs, educational content, and video-based user acquisition.</td></tr></tbody></table>

Influencer and KOL activity should be treated as a marketing and communication channel, not as a guarantee of user growth, exchange listing, token price performance, liquidity, or commercial success.

***

### 14.9 Partnership Benefits

Strategic partners, investor groups, partner communities, and marketing channels may support BTSChain in multiple ways.

<table><thead><tr><th width="228">Benefit Area</th><th>Explanation</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>Ecosystem Expansion</strong></td><td>Partners may support broader ecosystem participation and service relevance.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Community Diversity</strong></td><td>Partner communities may introduce new topics, regions, cultures, content types, or user groups.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Content &#x26; Media Reach</strong></td><td>Content, media, and marketing partners may support communication and user awareness.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Technology Support</strong></td><td>Technology and infrastructure partners may support service execution, scalability, security, and integration.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Regional Market Access</strong></td><td>Regional partners may help BTSChain expand into localized markets and communities.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Sponsored Growth</strong></td><td>Sponsored Communities, campaigns, and advertising may support additional business model opportunities.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>BTSc Utility Expansion</strong></td><td>Partner activity may increase practical use cases for BTSc membership access and community participation.</td></tr></tbody></table>

***

### 14.10 Partnership Governance and Public Disclosure Control

BTSChain's partnership information should be managed carefully for public release.

The public White Paper should avoid unnecessary disclosure of partner names, investment details, token allocation details, private contractual terms, payment records, lock-up terms, or business-sensitive information.

<table><thead><tr><th width="219">Public Disclosure Area</th><th>Recommended Treatment</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>Partner Names</strong></td><td>Use approved logos or category-level descriptions unless the partner has approved name disclosure.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Investment Details</strong></td><td>Do not disclose individual amounts, terms, allocation details, lock-up details, or payment records in the public White Paper.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Logo Usage</strong></td><td>Use partner logos only after confirming permission, current official brand assets, and approved placement policy.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Active Scope</strong></td><td>Do not imply active technical integration, commercial activity, or revenue generation unless confirmed.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Marketing Claims</strong></td><td>Do not imply guaranteed user growth, campaign performance, token value, or exchange listing.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Influencer Disclosure</strong></td><td>KOL campaigns should follow applicable advertising, sponsorship disclosure, and regional marketing compliance rules.</td></tr></tbody></table>

***

### 14.11 Risk-Control Wording

All partnership, investment, roadmap, influencer, and business expansion wording should be managed as forward-looking or category-level information unless confirmed by signed documentation and approved for external disclosure.

BTSChain should avoid any statement that may imply guaranteed product launch, guaranteed exchange listing, guaranteed liquidity, guaranteed token value, guaranteed revenue, guaranteed user growth, guaranteed campaign performance, guaranteed investor benefit, or guaranteed commercial success.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
