<figure><img src="/files/o08kZBInTneOr5uaOOfX" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

### 14.1 Partnership Overview

Partnerships are an important part of the BTSChain ecosystem strategy.

As BTSChain transitions into an **AI Community Metaverse powered by BTSc**, partnerships are expected to support ecosystem expansion across technology, community development, content collaboration, regional market access, sponsored communities, business development, and strategic growth.

BTSChain's partnership strategy is designed to support practical service development rather than broad, unfocused ecosystem claims. The objective is to build partnerships that can improve user experience, increase community diversity, expand use cases, and strengthen long-term platform sustainability.

### 14.3 Existing Partnership Base

BTSChain has historically referenced several partnership relationships across education, entertainment, service, regional, media, and strategic support categories.

The referenced partner network includes **JFlexUni, OPUS Pictures, BigStage, SBS Plus, MakeIt, DAIN Vietnam, DMCC Japan, and Blackdiamond Japan**.

In the rebranded BTSChain White Paper, these partnerships should be presented carefully as part of the project's historical and ecosystem partnership base. Future partnership activities, commercial scope, technical integration, and active collaboration details may vary depending on business agreements, service development, and partner coordination.

<table><thead><tr><th width="208">Partner</th><th width="260">Category</th><th>Relevance to BTSChain</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>JFlexUni</strong></td><td>Education / community</td><td>Potential education, training, user onboarding, or community program alignment.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>OPUS Pictures</strong></td><td>Content / entertainment</td><td>Potential content, media, entertainment, or cultural collaboration relevance.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>BigStage</strong></td><td>Entertainment / event</td><td>Potential live entertainment, performance, fan community, or event collaboration relevance.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>SBS Plus</strong></td><td>Media / broadcasting</td><td>Potential media exposure, entertainment, content, or campaign collaboration relevance.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>MakeIt</strong></td><td>Service / community</td><td>Potential digital service, community, or platform activity collaboration relevance.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>DAIN Vietnam</strong></td><td>Regional / metaverse service</td><td>Supports Vietnam-related community, metaverse service, or regional ecosystem expansion opportunities.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>DMCC Japan</strong></td><td>Influencer / media platform</td><td>Supports Japan-focused influencer, media, and community expansion opportunities.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Blackdiamond Japan</strong></td><td>Strategic / investment support</td><td>Supports strategic investment, business network, and ecosystem growth opportunities.</td></tr></tbody></table>

### 14.5 Partner Community Model

BTSChain may support **Partner Communities** inside the AI Community Metaverse.

Partner Communities may be offered without a standard listing fee in order to encourage ecosystem expansion, community diversity, and partner participation.

The purpose of this model is to reduce entry barriers for strategic partners while expanding the range of communities available to users.

| Community Type | Partner Role | Platform Role |

### 14.6 Sponsored Communities and Advertising

Although Partner Communities may be provided without a standard listing fee, BTSChain may generate revenue from Sponsored Communities, advertising placements, campaigns, and promotional community spaces.

Sponsored Communities are designed to create a structured commercial model without making all partner participation dependent on upfront fees.

| Sponsored Model | Description |
| --------------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Sponsored Community Placement** | Projects, brands, or partners may pay for promoted community exposure. |
| **In-app Advertising** | Advertising may be displayed in selected app areas according to platform policy. |
| **Campaign Sponsorship** | Partners may sponsor events, missions, or community engagement campaigns. |
| **Premium Visibility** | Selected communities may receive enhanced visibility through sponsored placement. |
| **Partner Promotion** | Partners may promote services or campaigns within approved community areas. |

Sponsored activity should be managed carefully to protect user trust, community quality, and platform safety.

### 14.7 Partnership Benefits

Strategic partnerships may provide value to BTSChain in several areas.

| Benefit Area | Description |

### 14.8 Partnership Governance and Risk Control

Partnerships should be managed under clear platform policies and internal review processes.

BTSChain should avoid presenting partnerships as guaranteed revenue, guaranteed user growth, guaranteed token value, or guaranteed commercial success. Partnership outcomes may vary depending on execution, partner participation, market conditions, contract scope, and service readiness.

<table><thead><tr><th width="246">Governance Area</th><th>Control Direction</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>Partner Review</strong></td><td>Review partner fit, reputation, business relevance, and service alignment.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Scope Definition</strong></td><td>Define whether the partnership is strategic, commercial, content-based, regional, sponsored, or technical.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>User Safety</strong></td><td>Apply community moderation, reporting, blocking, and activity restriction policies.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Sponsored Disclosure</strong></td><td>Clearly manage sponsored placement, advertising, and promotional visibility.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Data Protection</strong></td><td>Avoid sharing user data with partners unless permitted by policy and user consent.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Performance Review</strong></td><td>Monitor community quality, campaign outcomes, and user engagement.</td></tr></tbody></table>

***

### 14.9 Future Partnership Expansion

BTSChain may expand its partnership strategy as the AI Community Metaverse develops.

Future partnership categories may include AI model providers, mobile service partners, social community platforms, creator communities, regional business development partners, payment infrastructure providers, data security partners, and sponsored brand communities.

However, any future partnership should be evaluated based on service value, user benefit, technical feasibility, commercial reasonableness, and regulatory considerations.

### 14.10 Key Message

Partnerships are designed to support BTSChain's transition into an AI Community Metaverse by expanding community access, content opportunities, regional reach, sponsored ecosystem activity, and practical user value.

> **BTSChain's partnership strategy focuses on ecosystem expansion, community utility, sponsored growth, and long-term platform sustainability.**
