BTSChain is designed to operate as an AI Community Metaverse powered by BTSc, combining AI Avatar services, community participation, wallet signature-based membership payments, server-side data processing, and blockchain-based utility functions.

Because the platform combines AI interaction, relationship discovery, user data, BTSc payments, and staking-related membership features, BTSChain applies a compliance-conscious and security-focused operating approach.

This chapter summarizes the legal, compliance, and security framework relevant to BTSChain's rebranded ecosystem.

BTSc is designed as a utility token for service access, membership functionality, ecosystem participation, and platform-based utility inside the BTSChain AI Community Metaverse.

BTSc does not represent equity, ownership, voting control over JFLEX PTE. LTD., profit-sharing rights, debt claims, guaranteed income, or guaranteed financial returns.

BTSChain intends to maintain a utility-focused token model. BTSc is primarily connected to Normal and Pro membership access, premium AI Avatar functions, selected community access, staking-related membership features, and ecosystem participation.

### 15.4 Existing Legal Opinion Summary

JFLEX PTE. LTD. obtained an English law legal opinion regarding the regulatory classification of the BTSc Token.

Based on the assumptions described in that legal opinion, BTSc was assessed under the laws of England and Wales as not constituting a security token or e-money token, and as being an unregulated token under the relevant framework described in that opinion.

The opinion also notes important limitations. It is based on the token characteristics described in the opinion, applies to English law as of the opinion date, and does not cover all jurisdictions or all possible future changes in token usage, platform features, or applicable law.

### 15.6 Smart Contract Audit Summary

The BTSc token contract was previously reviewed by Armors Labs and received a PASSED audit result at the time of the audit.

The audit report also included important notices. The existing BTSc token contract includes certain administrative functions, including blacklist-related controls, the ability to suspend transfers globally, and upgrade-related mechanisms.

These functions may support operational control, but they also require responsible governance, internal controls, and transparent risk management.

BTSChain's data policy is designed around privacy-conscious processing.

All logs are stored for 6 months and deleted thereafter according to platform policy. Users may delete AI Avatar data except for required logs retained for safety, abuse prevention, and platform operation purposes. Relationship Memory can be deleted individually by the user. Emotion analysis data is processed for Daily Social Report generation, and only summarized values are stored after report generation.

BTSChain does not store personal information or conversation contents directly on-chain.
