BTSChain operates in an environment that includes blockchain technology, AI services, community interaction, relationship discovery, BTSc membership payments, and staking-related membership features. These areas may involve technical, market, operational, regulatory, security, and user-related risks.
This Risk Disclosure section is designed to provide a clear and responsible overview of key risk categories associated with the BTSChain AI Community Metaverse. It does not describe every possible risk, and new risks may emerge as technology, markets, regulations, and platform usage evolve.
BTSChain does not guarantee income, investment returns, token price appreciation, liquidity, exchange availability, user growth, successful relationships, or commercial success.
16.2 Token and Market Risk
BTSc is a utility token used for service access, membership functionality, staking-related membership features, and ecosystem participation within BTSChain. However, token markets may be volatile and affected by factors outside BTSChain’s control.
Token price volatility
The market price of BTSc may fluctuate due to market demand, liquidity, exchange conditions, regulatory changes, and broader crypto market trends.
Liquidity risk
BTSc liquidity may vary across markets and may not always be sufficient for user expectations or trading activity.
Exchange availability
Exchange listing status, trading availability, market data visibility, and exchange policies may change over time.
Payment quantity variation
Normal and Pro membership fees are calculated using reference values, so the number of BTSc required for payment may vary with the daily BTSc reference price.
No guaranteed financial return
BTSc does not provide guaranteed yield, dividend, profit-sharing, equity, debt claim, or financial return.
16.3 AI Interaction Risk
BTSChain provides AI-assisted social interaction through Personal AI Avatars and the AI Social Proxy System. AI-generated conversations, recommendations, matching suggestions, emotional analysis, and reports may not always reflect the user’s exact intent, preference, or judgment.
AI response limitation
AI-generated responses may contain errors, inappropriate tone, or incomplete context understanding.
Apply logs, moderation, user intervention, and policy-based restrictions.
User intent mismatch
AI activity may not perfectly represent the user’s actual preference or judgment.
Allow direct user intervention and require approval for sensitive actions.
Automated interaction risk
AI Social Proxy functions may create unintended communication outcomes.
Use activity logs, restrictions, reporting, and moderation tools.
Emotion analysis limitation
Emotion analysis may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be treated as definitive psychological assessment.
Store only summarized values and use it as supportive report information.
16.4 Social Matching and Relationship Risk
BTSChain may support friend matching, hobby matching, interest-based matching, social discovery, and dating-oriented categories. These functions are designed to assist discovery, but they do not guarantee compatibility, friendship, dating success, real-world meetings, or relationship outcomes.
Matching accuracy
Recommended users, communities, or AI Avatars may not always match the user’s expectations.
Dating-oriented category risk
Dating-oriented features may involve additional safety, consent, verification, and jurisdictional considerations.
Real-world interaction risk
BTSChain does not guarantee the safety, quality, or outcome of real-world interactions between users.
User behavior risk
Users may behave in ways that violate platform rules, create harm, or reduce community trust.
16.5 Data and Privacy Risk
BTSChain processes user profile data, AI Avatar settings, conversation logs, Relationship Memory, Daily Social Reports, summarized emotion analysis data, and moderation-related records for service operation, reporting, safety, and policy enforcement.
All logs are retained for 6 months and deleted thereafter according to platform policy. Users may delete AI Avatar data except for required logs retained for safety, abuse prevention, and platform operation. Relationship Memory may be deleted individually by the user.
Data breach risk
Digital services may be exposed to unauthorized access, cyberattacks, or operational security incidents.
Apply security controls, access management, monitoring, and operational safeguards.
Log retention risk
Logs are necessary for safety and moderation but may contain sensitive interaction context.
Retain logs for 6 months and delete according to policy.
Privacy expectation risk
Users may misunderstand what data is processed for AI Social Proxy and reports.
Provide clear data policy, user controls, and deletion options.
On-chain exposure risk
Blockchain records are public and permanent in many cases.
Do not store personal information or conversation contents directly on-chain.
16.6 Staking-related Risk
BTSChain may provide staking-related features through a separate DeFi contract for eligible Pro Users. These features are designed for membership tier enhancement, ecosystem participation, and platform-defined benefits. They are not designed to guarantee fixed income, investment returns, token price appreciation, or risk-free rewards.
Smart contract risk
Staking contracts may be exposed to bugs, vulnerabilities, execution errors, or external attack risks.
Market risk
The value of staked or related tokens may fluctuate due to market conditions.
Liquidity risk
Users may face liquidity limitations depending on platform policy and contract design.
Regulatory risk
Staking-related features may be subject to changing legal and regulatory interpretations.
No fixed yield guarantee
Any staking-related feature should not be interpreted as guaranteed yield or investment income.
16.7 Smart Contract and Blockchain Risk
Blockchain infrastructure and smart contracts may involve technical and operational risks. The existing BTSc token contract was previously audited and marked as PASSED at the time of audit, but any blockchain system can still face future risks due to code changes, integrations, market conditions, or evolving attack methods.
Administrative function risk
The existing BTSc token contract includes administrative features such as blacklist-related controls, transfer suspension capability, and upgrade-related mechanisms.
Network risk
BNB Smart Chain network congestion, outages, upgrades, or fee changes may affect transaction processing.
Third-party wallet risk
Wallet providers, user key management, and signature flows may introduce external risks.
Integration risk
Payment verification, staking contracts, and platform backend integration may require ongoing security review.

BTSChain’s AI Community Metaverse depends on mobile application infrastructure, AI services, server-side data processing, moderation systems, wallet signature-based payment flows, external blockchain networks, and service providers.
