# 8. Business Model

### 8.1 Business Model Overview

BTSChain’s business model is designed around the practical use of the AI Community Metaverse.

The primary revenue model is based on **monthly BTSc membership payments** from Normal Users and Pro Users. This allows BTSChain to connect platform revenue directly to real service usage rather than depending only on speculative token activity, one-time sales, or broad virtual asset models.

BTSChain’s business model is built around five core principles:

<table><thead><tr><th width="308">Principle</th><th>Description</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>Membership-centered Revenue</strong></td><td>Normal and Pro membership payments are the primary business model.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Utility-driven Token Usage</strong></td><td>BTSc is connected to service access, premium functions, and ecosystem participation.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Mobile-first Service Operation</strong></td><td>Initial service delivery focuses on mobile app usage and recurring user activity.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Sponsored Community Expansion</strong></td><td>Partner Communities may be free, while Sponsored Communities and advertising placements may generate platform fees.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Controlled Ecosystem Circulation</strong></td><td>Paid BTSc may be allocated to Reward Pool, Operation Pool, and Staking Pool according to platform policies.</td></tr></tbody></table>

***

### 8.2 Primary Revenue: Normal and Pro Membership

The core business model of BTSChain is monthly membership access.

Light Users can use basic service functions without BTSc payment, but Normal Users and Pro Users pay monthly membership fees in BTSc to access expanded or premium services.

<table><thead><tr><th width="145">User Tier</th><th width="189">Revenue Role</th><th>Payment Model</th><th>Main Service Access</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>Light User</strong></td><td>Free onboarding tier</td><td>No BTSc payment</td><td>Basic AI Avatar creation and limited activity</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Normal User</strong></td><td>Standard paid user</td><td>Monthly BTSc payment based on 10 USDT equivalent</td><td>Unlimited AI interaction, general community access, AI Social Proxy, Daily Social Report</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Pro User</strong></td><td>Premium paid user</td><td>Monthly BTSc payment based on 50 USDT equivalent</td><td>Premium communities, selected spaces, priority matching, staking access, membership enhancement</td></tr></tbody></table>

This structure allows BTSChain to reduce onboarding friction while creating a clear upgrade path from free usage to paid membership.

***

### 8.3 Normal User Revenue Model

Normal Users represent the standard paid membership tier.

Normal Users pay a monthly fee in BTSc based on a reference monthly value of **10 USDT equivalent**. When the reference BTSc price is 0.1 USDT, this equals **100 BTSc per month**.

The actual number of BTSc required for payment may vary depending on the daily BTSc reference market price.

Normal membership provides expanded access to the AI Community Metaverse, including unlimited AI Avatar communication, unrestricted general community participation, AI Social Proxy functions, relationship discovery, and detailed Daily Social Reports.

***

### 8.4 Pro User Revenue Model

Pro Users represent the premium membership tier of BTSChain.

Pro Users pay a monthly fee in BTSc based on a reference monthly value of **50 USDT equivalent**. When the reference BTSc price is 0.1 USDT, this equals **500 BTSc per month**.

Pro membership provides advanced access to premium communities, selected community spaces, priority relationship discovery, advanced Daily Social Reports, partner benefits, staking access, and membership tier enhancement features.

Metaverse gift sending is available only to Pro Users and above.

***

### 8.5 Pro-level Metaverse Gift Function

BTSChain may support metaverse gift sending as a Pro-level feature.

This function allows eligible users to send digital gifts or service-based items inside supported BTSChain community environments, subject to platform policies, user approval, and safety controls.

Metaverse gift sending is not designed as a guaranteed financial reward system. It is positioned as a social interaction and premium community feature.

<table><thead><tr><th width="236">Function</th><th width="220">Access</th><th>Purpose</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>Metaverse Gift Sending</strong></td><td>Pro Users and above</td><td>Social expression, relationship engagement, premium community interaction</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Gift Approval Control</strong></td><td>User approval required</td><td>Prevents unintended or unauthorized actions</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Policy-based Restrictions</strong></td><td>Platform controlled</td><td>Supports safety, moderation, and responsible use</td></tr></tbody></table>

***

### 8.6 Sponsored Communities and Advertising

Partner Communities may be provided without a standard listing fee in order to expand the BTSChain ecosystem and encourage external community participation.

However, BTSChain may generate revenue from **Sponsored Communities**, advertising placements, campaigns, and promotional community spaces.

<table><thead><tr><th width="308">Revenue Type</th><th>Description</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>Sponsored Community Placement</strong></td><td>Brands, projects, or partners may pay placement or listing fees for sponsored community exposure.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Advertising Placement</strong></td><td>BTSChain may provide in-app advertising or promotional placements.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Campaign-based Promotion</strong></td><td>Sponsored events, community campaigns, or partner promotions may be operated under platform policies.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Premium Visibility</strong></td><td>Selected communities may receive enhanced visibility through sponsored placement.</td></tr></tbody></table>

Sponsored activity should be clearly managed under platform policy to protect user experience and community trust.

***

### 8.7 Partner Community Strategy

BTSChain’s Partner Community strategy is designed to support ecosystem growth.

Partner Communities may be offered for free to encourage adoption, increase community diversity, and expand the range of interest-based or service-based spaces inside the AI Community Metaverse.

This strategy allows BTSChain to grow its community base without creating excessive entry barriers for partners.

Revenue may instead come from sponsored placements, premium campaigns, advertising, or Pro-level service features.

***

### 8.8 Paid BTSc Allocation Model

BTSc collected through membership payments may be allocated to ecosystem pools according to platform policies.

<table><thead><tr><th width="180">Pool</th><th>Purpose</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>Reward Pool</strong></td><td>Supports community participation, referral activity, AI Avatar ecosystem engagement, and user contribution rewards.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Operation Pool</strong></td><td>Supports AI infrastructure, platform operation, moderation, security, service maintenance, and community management.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Staking Pool</strong></td><td>Supports staking-related membership features, Pro User benefits, and ecosystem participation incentives.</td></tr></tbody></table>

This allocation model is designed to connect platform revenue with ecosystem operation and service sustainability.

BTSChain does not guarantee fixed income, investment returns, or token price appreciation through these mechanisms.

***

### 8.9 Business Model Scope

The initial BTSChain White Paper does not include a B2B API business model.

The focus is on consumer-facing AI Community Metaverse services, membership revenue, Pro-level functions, Sponsored Communities, advertising, and BTSc-powered ecosystem participation.

BTSChain may review additional business models in the future depending on platform growth, partner demand, technical feasibility, and regulatory considerations.

***

### 8.10 Key Message

BTSChain’s business model is built around recurring service usage rather than speculative token activity.

> **The core revenue model is monthly BTSc membership access, supported by Pro-level features, Sponsored Communities, advertising, and ecosystem pool allocation.**
